Verizon Connect provides fleet management solutions for government agencies and enterprise organizations. The Networkfleet platform is a GPS vehicle tracking system that offers reporting, vehicle diagnostics, fleet maps, and a fuel reporting suite. 

Installed units monitor vehicle location, engine diagnostics and other fleet performance metrics 24/7. The system automatically transmits vehicle data over a secure wireless network to a data center. Fleet operators can track vehicle location and monitor driver behavior. Instant alerts offer data on virtual boundary violations, maintenance reminders, diagnostic trouble codes, speeding, speeding, idling and odd-hours usage.

Networkfleet combines patented GPS and telematics technologies. Users can access the system via desktop computer, smartphone or tablet.

This software is easy to use and has been beneficial to our company. The reports have given us insight into our drivers habits and assisted us in developing new safety policies.

Cons

The update time can be longer than expected. This could be a result of the remote locations we travel.

Pros

We recently switched from Networkfleet back to Fleetmatics after some app issues. Overall, our experience with Networkfleet was a positive one and it was fairly easy to use!

Cons

We did have some issues with the app crashing or not loading but hopefully that has been fixed since we switched!
