Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • What I like the most about this software is that it is so user friendly. Love the fact that I can locate a technician at any time.

  • Easy access, Technical support is amazing ..and the follow -up from the staff is spectacular

  • Cons

  • Software is good the service not so much I had to call about getting a new unit about 4 weeks until they finally got back to me

  • I think it is a little bit expensive, but we have to have it so we have to pay it.

  • Pros

  • Easy to navigate, easy to use for me and my drivers.

  • The ease of use on both the back and front end of Whip Around has made it a breeze to implement and our drivers have had no trouble getting used to it. Customer service has been excellent.

  • Cons

  • The system some times forgets to send emails when the drivers are done there inspection. Other than that is works well. So far.

  • Being a small company it was extremely easy to set up but I could see how it could be tedious for bigger fleets.
