Magpie iHospitality Software


Magpie Property Management Software is a cloud-based solution for properties such as hotels, motels, condo-hotels, vacation home rentals, inns, marinas, hostels and timeshares. Primary features include accounting, guest management, reservation management, housekeeping and maintenance management.

The accounting feature is integrated with Quickbooks in real time and tracks guest payments, vendor bills and services and supply sold to guests. The guest management module maintains guest reservation history, sends mass emails, pre and post-stay emails. The reservation management module allows users to accept books from own website, travel agents or from travel sites.

The housekeeping module and maintenance features allow users to efficiently clean rooms at checkout, fulfill special requests and manage recurring maintenance items. It offers integration with Quickbooks, and PayPal. Support is offered via email and over the phone.

Ozark Mountain Vacation Rentals has been using Magpie since inception and we are able to keep our owners paid quickly and efficiently because of the functionality of Magpie Systems. There support is fantastic! They are responsive and easy to reach. Their software is customizable and they can make small modifications to customize to your needs. It is cloud based, so I can add reservations or even pay owners without being tied to the office. They are currently working to become more integrated with the OTAs and other providers... as soon as they get there, this will be a 5 star system.
