HRMC Acclaim is a cloud-based customizable talent acquisition solution that helps businesses across various industry verticals to create an automated system for posting open jobs and identifying qualified candidates.

Using pre-defined scripts customized to each organization, HRMC Acclaim automatically qualifies candidates via online job applications, or through telephone applications that utilize interactive voice response (IVR) technology. It then ranks candidates based on their responses and determines the next steps according to the recruiting process. Options for either automatic or manual interview scheduling are also provided to the users.

Additionally, HRMC Acclaim features talent management capabilities such as assessments and surveys for employees that can be distributed to gather feedback on processes or assess behavior. Automatic exit interviews can also be designed to align with an organization's corporate mission and operational drivers.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone and email.
