Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use and the promptness of the support center feedback and help provided. Support staff is often able to accommodate features needed.

  • It is easy to use. The reporting function has all the reports we need, and it is not too complicated.

  • Cons

  • There isn't any ongoing support unless you pay for it.

  • I do not like that we have to pay for extra service hours and we can't call in whenever we want without worrying about being on the clock for it or service problems.

  • Pros

  • Super simple - user friendly. Great product and even better customer service. I highly recommend this product.

  • Easy to use this software. Support is great.

  • Cons

  • Using custom fields to track additional pays and equipment is helpful, but the info does not sync into software so still a bit of a manual effort.

  • The only thing i dislike is that employees forget to clock in and out. But that is not Tsheets fault~ :D
