Simple to start with question and navigate to the appropriate results.
Pros
Ability to request custom peer groups completely within the tool. Leveling is made simple. Backed up by the experts in compensation across all industries.
Cons
Total spend analysis still a work in progress. There are a lot of features that I would like to have now but are not yet implemented.

Where has the simplicity gone?
The previous system was simple and intuitive - that has gone. It feels as though the complexity has increased resulting in a need for fee based consultancy time to train and explain.
Pros
Knowing the quality of WTW data, I know that behind the functionality the information will be great.
Cons
Overly complicated. Not intuitive at all. Time consuming to review the data even if you know what you are looking for.
