Zenapply has saved us hundreds of hours and has been one of our favorite tools
It's been phenomenal. I'm the hiring director for my department and I would never go to another company. They're amazing and I love the team at Zenapply, they're super helpful and dedicated to our success.
It is set up to do all the hard work for you. I used to spend hours and hours going through applications, interviews, and ending up with not great employees. As soon as we implemented Zenapply, the time it takes me to go through applicants is less than a tenth of what it was. I have all the information I need to make a good decision, and the level of experience and professionalism that we've been able to hire has been amazing.
Sometimes there are bugs with posting jobs or functionality, but the team always acts fast and fixes them within a day or so.
