Zoho Recruit is a web-based recruiting solution for small to mid-sized businesses. The software's comprehensive applicant tracking system (ATS) includes resume parsing, automated job board posting, customized company careers pages, resume storage, and interview scheduling. Zoho's offerings include multiple specialized applications created to help users collaborate with their peers to increase productivity.

Zoho Recruit enhances the visibility of company job openings by creating a customized career webpage of the company and extend the reach by using popular job boards, social media sites, and direct sourcing. The career page developed by the software lists every job opening with complete descriptions and accepts applications for multiple job openings. The solution provides a candidate login where candidates can set up their user profiles and apply for multiple jobs.

Zoho Recruit integrates with Google applications, such as Google Calendar, to save time and forego repetitive data entry. The software is available free with limited features and the upgraded versions are available on a per month subscription basis.

The filters and features are very limited with Zoho, already very good ATS like jobdiva are available in market with so many features, it needs to update the filters and features.

Mobile friendly - I LOVE that i can access all jobs directly from my phone and they actually display in a proper manner. So many ATS' do not have mobile functionality and it really limits workflow.

Cons

From a user perspective, I haven't found one bad thing to say about Zoho Recruit. It's easy to use and completely intuitive.

For the right needs, an incredible value

If you need a UI-centric place to store data, and you are on a budget, I can't imagine you'd find a better place. For us, this was the necessary stepping stone for between Excel and when we had enough revenue to license a proper CRM/ATS. Basically: I was very happy we did this for 18 months, but when it was time to leave it was a relief.

Pros

Zoho is very user friendly, very customizable, and extremely affordable. We were able to add and delete fields almost everywhere we wanted to, and I felt that the navigation and search functionality were very user friendly - required not much training.

Cons

The monthly (which I couldn't find anywhere else for a comparable product) price is allowed - near as I could tell - by the lack of support. It didn't make me too angry because you can't have a CRM at this price without sacrificing something, but you should know up front support basically doesn't exist. Also, there isn't much functionality around tracking activity - so be aware of that before you buy.

I think it is one of the top recommended apps for startups.

Where to start. Customer service is all off shore, and hard to use. The system is so slow. Tasks list are a huge pain. Triggers hard to set up, and organization is not that easy.

This product has a very low cost only per user per month. Other than that, there is no other reason to recommend this product.

Cons

The free job sites that they post ads to are sites no one has heard of. The reporting is inaccurate and though several attempts were made over the course of months, customer service has yet to resolve. Overall this is one of the worst Applicant Tracking Systems I have ever come across.

The price!! I was able to get an extension on the trial so I had a free month free but the price is perfect for small business owners. This is super easy to use. I use it for candidate entry and it's a seamless process. There are other ATS software that have more options but Zoho offers plenty for what I use it for!!

It’s a very basic system.

Cons

There is no implementation specialist to assist in getting the system started or learning the features of the system. Most ATS supporters provide some sort of training on how to use the system. Zoho does not provide that. All support is off-shores and extremely difficult to get a response from in a timely manner.

I strongly urge you to give Zoho a try - you won't be disappointed. And don't let the price fool you - they pack a lot of punch into this product.

Pros

Incredible value for the money. Competes with the best ATS systems on the market and beats them! Easy to use, massive customization options, impressive functions. Lots of integrations with other Zoho products and other awesome extensions.

Cons

The only thing I find missing is one report to show bounced emails. That's the only issue for our team. Other than that...it's all good.

It's nice to have a streamlined platform to keep track of applicants and integrate easily into onboarding. The customizable templates are great and the reporting shows me what's working and what isn't.

Cons

Not really a big deal, but when I hover over items in the menu, I wish it gave me a preview. I know what they are now, but would have been helpful when I was getting started. It would also be nice if it supported more job boards.

If we count pros i would say they have good interface but not that great where i can think of continuing with them. As, they come in pricier end. Great software to help centralize and organize your hiring process.

Pros

Zoho has helped me organize and track my applicants. Previously, I had to pull and review resumes, create a spread sheet of applicants, when their interview is, what level of interviewing they are at, whether I have called or email them yet. Zoho has all these features and makes it so easy to stay organized and track my hiring activities.

Cons

The only issue I have had is the one time I needed to contact them, I did have a hefty wait to actually talk to someone.

Since we came from Salesforce TargetRecruit we are completely satisfied with Zoho Recruit. It does what it meant not for and goes far beyond

Pros

We have been using Salesforce with TargetRecruit on top as a ATS. We have now heard from Zoho recruit and we are very surprised how advanced the system is. All general processes are already there, the customization is quite easy and all functions are well integrated. The system is enormously flexible and easy to handle. The report functionality is great! We have decided to migrate from Salesforce to Zoho!

Cons

CV parsing is great, but photo has to be added manualy.

Pros

Zoho Recruit is an amazing ATS and I'm really impressed with how they continue to remain current with the latest features to make it easier. The parsing feature is really accurate, ability to conduct keyword searches and match candidates to open reqs, social media connections, indeed searching and more. This is an ATS I would highly recommend to my colleagues.

Cons

I can't think of anything at the moment. There are few things I'm still customizing, but overall, no cons at this point.

Pros

A difficult task that I have to deal with most of the time is the process of applicant tracking, especially for job areas that are rarely filled-in. I found ZOHO Recruit and it helped me more than I thought it would. The possibility of a job board posting allowed me to spread the needs of our company through job list websites with ease. It allows scheduling of possible interviews with clients that I have chosen, sending them emails for tentative dates. It also keeps a database for employee records which is a great organizational move for me. I adored its organized and clean process of keeping track of applicants and their files. The minimalist feeling of the theme also hooked me in, it looks simple and is easy to use.

Cons

The lack of filtering possibility for candidates is a bit bothersome. Especially regarding important demographic details such as age which is really important for our job requirements.
