Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is extensive in its topics and the reports it provides are amazing. I also love the monthly support calls. It keeps me focused and moving forward

  • Easy to use as an administrator and as an end user.

  • Cons

  • There are still some kinks where improvement can be made. The external training process (request, approval, monitoring) is not transparent and it is cumbersome, for example.

  • At times when searching for content it can get overwhelming.

  • Really easy to use and great value for all of the features.

  • Easy of use and great tech support. Overall great product.

  • Although the pre-set interactions are great to have (and I've used them extensively), there are some sizing aspects that are not flexible.

  • it's not as flexible as I would like it to be, but still has a broad variety of features
