COMET clinical EMR suite can be used to chart and document patient care. Solution for property management

COMET is the perfect solution for those who still use unnecessarily complex and expensive software or Word and Excel for property management. All data is in the cloud. Nothing has to be installed, always the actual version and everything is automatically backed up. COMET offered me a simple solution that I was looking for. Property management, rental units, communication with tenants, help desk, language versions, expenses report for services and vacant units advertisement. Hopefully soon is coming integration with Czech accounting software. COMET is user-friendly, 3 properties (units) are free - can be used simply to test how it works. All data can be download offline for backup. TRY COMET, take the time to register and insert all your property data and you won't regret it. COMET saves your time.

COMET is like a glove to my company's need. I wanted an affordable multi lingual system and got a fantastic package of management capabilities, tenants portal & help-desk and soon to be coming owner's (of properties) portal as well. Top that with very flexible , wanting to help support and you got a winner. I recommend COMET to any SMB who wish to get started on managing his portfolio of properties. There is even a FREE account for 3 properties so one can test before buying.

Cons

Reports need to be enhanced for excel export and formatted to easily read better. Similar to a program we were used to with Crystal Reports
