SimpleMDS used to submit federally mandated clinical assessment data for Medicare and Medicaid-certified facilities involving the Minimum Data Set (MDS). Users can refer to a visual workflow-progress bar that tracks the upload, transmission and final validation stages for each MDS batch. Important files are automatically uploaded or manually transmitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services upon completion.
SimpleAnalyzer is used to process universal billing (UB) forms to minimize suspended or denied claims. Financial UB and clinical MDS files are synced to alert users to potential problems, inconsistencies and missing documentation. Once the UB form is created, it can be uploaded automatically or manually for in-program assessment.
SimpleCFS is used to automate state-specific Medicaid forms processes. It provides a dashboard view of residents and facilities while organizing Medicaid Eligibility Service Authorization Verification (MESAV) data.
