It’s relatively easy to use as the site is well signposted, so you know where to input a contact’s details, update activity you’ve had with the contact, etc. It can also be linked to other software, so when I update Work Flow Max, it automatically adds the new contact into Hubspot.

Cons

I am unsure of its other capabilities as I’m only using it as a simple repository for contact details and notes.

This CRM is amazing, I love having the ability to track deals and potential revenue. These days it's easy for a pending deal to get forgotten if work begins to pile up, and this program helps you minimize lost sales.

Cons

PRICE! The free version is great but to reap the true benefits you are forced to purchase the premium edition, which is insanely expensive.

For something free it's really great and after talking to a rep I can't wait to upgrade.

Pros

With the free version I like have the Sales piece to track the process and seeing email opens. I also like that it pulls customer info in automatically.

Cons

The email tracking just stopped working one day and there's no customer support for the free version, which I understand. The FAQ and troubleshooting ideas didn't work for the issue.

Small business owner here. I love this product. It has really helped me to get clear on my marketing initiatives, be more effective and organized. I implement the conversation bots as I can't always be there to answer questions but I want my customers to have a great first experience. It is optimized for mobile, which other platforms don't always have. Overall, this is a great product.

Cons

It's a little pricey for a small business trying to take off, but I do think the value is there. I wish they had a cheaper entry point.

I liked how they give free versions and people just end up buying it because they liked it. It has good customer service as well so you won't have to worry, they got your back in case of you may encounter a technical issue.

Pros

I really recommend using this CRM tool because it is highly functional and easy to use. I love it! I will definitely recommend. It has free version but I think anyone who will try the free ones will just end up buying it since it really works!

Cons

The cost for this app is expensive however I think it is still worth it since I consider this as one of the best CRM tool ever. They also have a good customer service if ever you experience tech issues.

It is a real life-saver but it would be better if some information can be accessed offline like the contact numbers if ever I would need to make a call and don't have internet access.

I have had a great experience with HubSpot, they provide an excellent platform for generating leads and understanding customer-website interaction.

Pros

Their setup process and hooking in your website is easy and fairly straightforward. It provides great analytics, email notifications, and curated information.

Cons

Sometimes changing page information is difficult. The changes won't always stick. You'd have to do it multiple times before the system registers it. If you delete a page or link, it sometimes stays in the list even when the page is gone.

I definitely recommend this tool. The support team is incredibly helpful, so any issues you have should be addressed pretty quick.

Pros

Hubspot is very easy to use! The help functionality really comes in handy. The tool helps you better understand what you're building and offers insight into how to build better content whether that be a landing page or an email. This is a great tool for someone who does not have a background in digital content creation, or for someone who is looking to build digital content but doesn't know where to start. Definitely recommend!

I had been reading hubspots marketing blog for years before our department head decided to take the platform for a test drive. We moved up from using mailchimp and there was definitely a big difference. Love the integrations and the way we're able to customize things to collect data.

Pros

Hubspot's platform is very robust. If you have your own ecom site and crm it's great at linking them and allowing you to build out a wide range of custom automations to accomplish pretty much anything you can think of.

Cons

The onboarding was a little complicated but other than that it's been pretty easy and good!

Overall, it's a really easy to use product and I love the interface. If they could work on these final quirks, I could not question the reliability of their data.

Pros

HubSpot is really easy to use. The interface is clearly their strong suit, and it's why I like it most. They obviously put a ton of time and effort into making things look and act the way you would expect them to, and it's key to making the product as easy to use as it is.

Cons

There are some things about HubSpot that just don't make sense. Data shown on landing pages will conflict the data shown on the emails that link to them, for example. Where is there a sudden drop off? Is someone really closing out of their browser after clicking, but before it loads the page that frequently? Things like this make certain analytics questionable. But, to be clear, this is the minority of figures, and there are many data points HubSpot provides.

I helped a friend get his marketing efforts in order and HubSpot was the perfect solution. Before then, he was using 4 or 5 different ESPs for mailing and a free CRM - what a nightmare. There's no looking back. Now everything is scheduled, tracked and efficient!

I can't think of anything I don't like. From my experience, I can confirm that HubSpot works for small businesses just as well as the big guys who use it.
