Great Company to work for and with!
Ability to handle my job in billing much more efficiently and effectively due to having everything you need right there at your finger tips thanks to this EHR program. Great job AllMeds. I know the PM is going to be just as good once any kinks and bugs are all worked out BTW...after being on another system that is actually very well known I am thankful for the AMPM product as it was much better than most out there even while it was still going through Beta testing.
Pros
Great support and pretty user friendly. There are lots of great features to the product such as forms that can be auto-filled based on the patient you are working on which is great for billing.
Cons
That it isn't web/cloud based, but I know they are working towards that in the future eventually.

AllMeds EHR
The customer service at AllMeds is timely, accurate and helpful. Rarely do I need to follow up on issues we are having.
Pros
The AllMeds software is very user friendly and a perfect match for Otolaryngology! The software works great with our Practice Management System for scheduling.
Cons
There is nothing that I dislike about AllMeds. We have been using the EHR since 2004 and it has been wonderful

Great system for ENT
Good support team. Helped get us out of a jam when our office crashed.
Pros
Designed for specialty. Easy to use EMR. Codes go across to billing system quickly. Payment have been faster than our of system.
Cons
PM software still maturing. Making your own templates for certain things a bit cumbersome. Priced by license on each machine so need to buy numerous licenses.

Long time user
Pros
Great service good integration so you can get paid for what you do. Responsive to today’s changing health care market.
Cons
Would like more app like functionality to be able to customize on the fly instead of having to redo template.

Specialty oriented software that didn't live up to expectations.
Good for procedure oriented practice.
Pros
Different versions available for different specialties. Orthopedics, ENT, Pain Management, Neurology come to mind. Some nifty features.
Cons
Updates were made to be compliant with government mandates. Obvious band-aide solutions made the overall result cumbersome and patched together.

worst system I've ever worked on
I whish our office had never bought this system. It is terrible.
Pros
It has a lot of great features...if they would work correctly. other than that, there is really nothing that I like about this program
Cons
nothing works as it should, no one seems to be able to tell you why, the software "goes down" all the time, the trainers did not have more than a general knowledge of the product and were not helpful
