Abila Elevate is cloud-based fundraising software for non-profit organizations. The system assists users in donor tracking and communication. It also offers a customizable dashboard that provides overview of the organization’s donor details, performance records and snapshots about campaigns.
With the Circles feature, a user can track records and trends within donor relationships and communities. A user can also track donors giving preferences to spotlight trends in timing and frequency of donations. The solution also enables users to communicate with donors across remote locations via mobile app.
The solution also offers non-profit marketing and outreach, which includes email marketing, appeal packaging for A/B split market testing and query and reporting capabilities. Users can display stats and track summaries in a campaign view.
The system offers business intelligence module and allows users to manage member and associates via a partner. Support options include via phone and email.

It works if you work it
I never know who I'm talking to, Abila, a partner, a contractor, etc. Frustrating.
Pros
Perfect for Fund Accounting, high integrity audit trail, nice reporting features, fair flexibility, cloud based
Cons
you could cure the national debt with what it costs to operate this software, every module costs more and more

Loved it!
Pros
This was so wonderful for the many donors we have in the Salvation Army and creating a system for follow-up and retention. Huge blessing to have this program.

Highly recommend!
Pros
I would highly recommend the use of this software for anyone in the non-profit sector. It is very easy to use.
Cons
Although some of the software attributes are limited in their use, the company is very responsive to development feedback
