Pros/Cons

Pros
It works great! I really like that we can save info and customize it to us
We get our money fast and it is very easy to use and setup. Support is great and very easy to reach a real person. Outstanding customer service!

Cons
The only drawback is that the terminal is a little bulky, but other than that I do not see any drawbacks
Not really a complaint but would be nice to have daily transactions tallied on "new transaction" processing page.

Pros
I liked how easy to use it was. Very simple and low set up. It has a good layout and was easy to find what I needed.
Square is really easy to set up and use. Very good for any size business.

Cons
The only con would be the transaction fee/rate - it's quite high. However, Square does offer lots of extra benefits for charging higher fees.
The register system that accompanies square is not the most robust. It's great for basic restaurant/cafe use. Software can be a little slow at times. but overall, simple to use.
