Pros/Cons

Pros
It works great! I really like that we can save info and customize it to us
We get our money fast and it is very easy to use and setup. Support is great and very easy to reach a real person. Outstanding customer service!

Cons
The only drawback is that the terminal is a little bulky, but other than that I do not see any drawbacks
Not really a complaint but would be nice to have daily transactions tallied on "new transaction" processing page.

Pros
It was very easy and convenient to use for a new business to get started. Awesome to be able to accept payment anywhere I had a cell signal, or wifi.
It is very easy to use. I love being able to list an item and then put in a custom amount. It is very fast and understandable. There is also no monthly fee just a fee per swipe. Which is awesome!

Cons
Cost per swipe is a little high, especially if the card is not present or the swiper isn't working and we have to hand-key the payment. Other than that, it's a great reliable software!
I am loathe to complain about the fees, because this is really worth the price and would be worth much more, but the fees could be a little lower.
