Pros/Cons

Pros
It works great! I really like that we can save info and customize it to us
We get our money fast and it is very easy to use and setup. Support is great and very easy to reach a real person. Outstanding customer service!

Cons
The only drawback is that the terminal is a little bulky, but other than that I do not see any drawbacks
Not really a complaint but would be nice to have daily transactions tallied on "new transaction" processing page.

Pros
Incredibly easy to use interface. Setup is simple, even if you know very little about accounting. It's been a great tool for our small business.
I love the ease of use. After using Quickbooks online and struggling with how to set up things like payroll, Wave was absolutely what I needed. Very easy interface to navigate.

Cons
I wish there were more reports to view. The ones available are great but basic and at times difficult to find the sort information.
No card swipe option for payments, otherwise great
