No one on our team dreads logging into Mingle, which can't be said for all similar tools in the space.
The administrative features of Mingle continue to be easy to set up correctly on the first attempt. Our entire team was able to pick up the flow of items, and the comments within the tracking cards increase our communication.
Building out and maintaining transitions and automation can be tricky, and changes have to be made across many items individually without knowing all places the change has impacted.
