HRS also provides HR departments recruitment customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities, which allow them to manage relationships with existing and prospective clients and candidates. It also features an applicant tracking system, interview management, job requisition, compliance control and various collaboration tools for the employees.
HRS supports integration with LinkedIn, Zendesk, MailChimp, users' email and calendars, social media applications and with other recruitment tools. Mobile applications are provided for iOS and Android devices that help users to remotely access the solution.

We purchased HRS Lite in 2011 or our small recruitment agency in Melbourne Australia. The key features we were looking for - Mac based. Ease of use. Outright purchase, not pay by the month. This is now a legacy system as I think most systems are going cloud based, pay by the month. This would be too much for our small agency of just four employees.
Operates on a Mac platform. Easy to use. Inexpensive compared to other products. we have been able to tailor/personalise some parts.
Some small glitches occasionally, and functionality we don't use. With Mac OS updating, we may have to use older versions in the future.
