Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This program is very easy to use and very simple. I use it daily and on my phone. It makes my work life easier.

  • I love the fact that it is so easy to use. Our staff loves the option to download the app on their phones and look at their schedules while on the go!

  • Cons

  • Booker is great for a Spa business but lacks optimization and flexibility to handle classes and workshops.

  • When clients try to book online through Booker, it sometimes does not put them on the books, or the slot is already filled and we will get double booked.

  • Pros

  • Support is outstanding. They keep adding features. It is easy to use. The back office has a lot of tools to help understand the business and customizing the UI is fairly simple.

  • The ease of use and great UI. The program is easy enough that multiple team members can learn to use it.

  • Cons

  • some support reps need better customer services others are great....reports are easy to do and you can play around with the system,,,,you may need an accountant to help you read the reports

  • Set up and transfer of data was very difficult but worth it in the end.
