Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • easy to use, great customer service, great setup team, easy to understand

  • We like everything about this software. Very easy to navigate, useful for all types of businesses. The features and functionality of this software is top quality and great valve for your money.

  • Cons

  • Software installation took longer that we expected when it came to working with moving a customer from one platform to DICentrals but overall we like the service.

  • nothing I think all it's ok we never have problem with that software we received the information. But when the new year start we don't received the invoices but now it's ok.

  • Pros

  • Easy to Use, Low Cost, Faster Customer support

  • User interface is well designed. Easy to use and learn quickly.

  • Cons

  • It could be a little more customizable with certain items but for the most part this is an overall great inventory management option.

  • As they have their own Books, there's no direct integration with either XERO or Intuit. But we're willing to give Books a go, especially if it really is UK ready.
