Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I just simply love the way data sets collected are reported, quick and easy to understand

  • Easy to use tool; Allows flexible configurations based on customer complexities; Very knowledgeable application support team

  • Cons

  • It's a good software, but relatively expensive

  • Too many pages of information they want for the consumer. it is hard to keep track of user ID/passwords

  • Pros

  • Simplicity, its easy to use. Has every option that one needs. Its easy to integrate with zoho crm. It has also saved us a lot of money by enabling us to work with less staff.

  • Very easy to use, and it incorporates most important features, and you can pay per month, which is also a plus. Since you can manage how often you use the application

  • Cons

  • The surveys can look a bit clunky... but if design is not a high priority, Zoho Survey (and Zoho in general) is a great tool.

  • There is not much I can say as a weakness for now, however continuous improvement to make customer experience more memorable is key for sustainable growth of Zoho.
