Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Fairly simple to use. Support was available and responsive. Love being able to sell specific seats.

  • It integrates nicely with credit card payments and was easy to set up on that front. It was VERY easy to scan tickets with the app as well.

  • Cons

  • Mobile app is the only con, but can be fixed with a few things. It won't allow you to make edits to events nor see guest lists. With these two fixes it could be perfect.

  • I would prefer that all reports be available in PDF and excel format. While excel format was great, it was hard to look at on my smart phone.

  • Pros

  • I like the look and feel much better. Software looks great on mobile devices and loads fast. templates are easy to use.

  • We have used many ticketing solutions and found TicketSpice to possess all of the features we have needed from the more expensive solutions at a fraction of the price. Excellent product.

  • Cons

  • They have a very similar software called regfox, it is a little unclear when it is best to use each but the good news is, once you learn one, you can work on the other too!

  • Although you can customize your registration forms, there are parts of the form builder that can feel a bit dated. Some of their templates could use a bit of updating.
