Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Product tracks accounts very well and includes a plethora of options for customer information. The software is relatively easy to use and priced well.

  • Cutting Edge, user friendly, multiple reports, great customer history. Staff is very knowledgeable and has a quick response time. Constant upgrades and updates.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes the program takes a little longer to load information, specifically during memory intensive processes such as calculating bills or running detailed reporting with a lot of criteria.

  • Their payment system integration was not compliant with PCI DSS standards at the time we used this product. Big problem!

  • Pros

  • It's very easy to use, and having the monthly support is very useful.

  • Software is very user friendly and the girls in customer service are top notch and always happy to help.

  • Cons

  • I have no problems with this program or it's support staff.

  • Wish we could put Red writing on bills and red flag more things as in remarks
