Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to use and install was quick. Really enjoyed using the software!
Very easy to use, user friendly, quality of software is very satisfying

Cons
Overall it was great, one downside was the inability to see or interact with Windows alerts on the remote computer.
Overall, it is a great system, but the chat feature could be updated a bit. It seems that a few messages can get lost in larger group meetings.

Pros
Works every single time. Great sound quality and very clear video. Love the ease of use.
Really easy to use and pick up on, great interface

Cons
The backgrounds are fun, but actually a bit scary for little children (anything not close enough to the camera is faded out - sometime that includes people or body parts.
The remote function was not very intuitive, however it excels as a webinar.
