Alert Catcher

Alert Catcher is an Atlassian Jira plugin designed to help IT and software development teams create or edit incidents for third-party applications. It enables professionals to create custom endpoints for alerts, consolidate incidents by rules and create tasks/problems in order to identify the cause of an event. Alert Catcher enables IT teams to create an additional entity, connections to receive real-time notifications from external applications by adding connection name, description, issue type and other details. Employees can use the application to set up a custom field value and update existing incidents using alert IDs.
