Lake Trust did a pilot with the Squibit mobile platform

Pros

Squibit was really easy to setup and use. There was both a web and mobile version. In our test group, users were able to easily report an issue or concern and the cool part was the dynamic questions that were asked aligned to the issue at hand. Arbor Insight is a very good partner to work with.

Cons

The experience was much different than a traditional "form" for reporting issues, which just means that you have to manage change within the organization aligned to the value that the product provides.

I found this product to be very user friendly.

Pros

The ability for it to be tailored to our specific needs. The application is also very user friendly and the vendor has excellent training and awareness materials.

Cons

There is nothing I found through the use and exposure to this application that I would describe as a con. When needs to modify the application were identified, the vendor quickly made modifications as requested.
