Intelex Safety Incident Reporting is a cloud-based incident tracking and investigation management solution that helps users to report incidents, investigate and analyze the root cause of problems. The solution can be used to report vehicle and environmental incidents, launch corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs) and export reports to streamline insurance claim process. In case of environmental incidents, reports can be submitted to EPA and concerned agencies using this solution. They are great to work with the platform allows you to easily fit the technology to engage employees

Daily brings my data from multiple locations into one place to easily use.

PROS

Platform flexibility, great applications out of the box, great customer service, and mobile functionality

CONS

None for the software, change management is always difficult no matter which platform your company goes with.

PROS

Audit trail is very helpful, and the interface is easy to use.

CONS

Reporting is not easy and getting data out of the system is difficult. So the Intelex dashboards are bad, and doing it yourself is not easy.

Good bones just needs some more options and better refinement

It does the job we need it to. Its just a shame the actions can't be viewed by all persons.

PROS

Nothing particularly stands out but it has everything needed to do the job, i just wish photos, and evidence, etc weren't that hard to complete. Having other users being able to view, edit and adjust would make the software more user friendly.

CONS

Its one giant scroll sheet. Sections should be like a save in progress section rather than one big document.

We are phasing out Lotus Notes.

An Organizer and Tracker

PROS

I like the ability to track and work incidents in an organized way. Interface is user friendly as well.

CONS

I really have no CONS regarding this product.

Incident Management Software review

PROS

The product is relatively easy to use. The notification emails are somehow useful.

CONS

Not easy to implement. If we needed to implement some changes, we had to make a request to Intelex.

Good product for managing safety incidents

PROS

Intelex is a great product especially because it is highly customizable and does integrate with many other systems.

CONS

The software was very expensive and is broken up in to so many segments that you are required to buy it in pieces.
