Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 5 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: When choosing a status page tool, I compared Statuspal to Atlassian's Statuspage and was surprised to learn that it wasn't flexible at all in the way that it processes incoming notifications. Basically, with Statuspage, we'd have to adjust all our monitoring & alerting stack vs. Statuspal is adjustable itself. Cons: It might not be as polished as something built by a bigger team (i.e. UX would benefit from a couple more iterations), but overall there are no major concerns. Reasonable pricing according to the plan Reasons for switching to Statuspal we are currently using both but we move entirely to Statuspal in near future as our official status page .1. we need an easy highly programmable API for creating and updating critical performance incidents based on our custom business monitoring logic in Statuspal2. unlimited private pages is a strong plus 3.
