The tool is very easy to use and it is very helpful for daily basis, My most of the work is done in pitchbox and it very nice tool to use for SEO.

Using this for a long time exhaust their database for finding leads. At times, it give the same result of leads that I already blacklisted.

Downtime of the software is what bothers me sometimes.

I like how it allows you to set up follow up emails and templates, so you have a clear schedule of emails and follow ups going out to contacts. This saves a great deal of time.
