We are in a business where we need to keep our competitive advantage presenting our clients always new products and services and improving what we already offer. The Innovation Radar helps on keeping the eye on the market and finding opportunities and at the same time the recognition engine allows us to keep all the team motivated to continuous contribute to the success of the company.

The process of integration of InnovationCast on ndBIM Virtual Building was made very naturally. The UI and UX is well taken care making the learning path very soft and motivating everyone to participate on the answering to the challenges of the company. The social side of giving and commenting ideas allows that simple idea evolve to mature concepts that later can be implemented easily and after being discuss in bigger groups.

Nothing special. The team is really proactive on answering to request of new functionalities.

We used the tool for one purpose: We wanted to develop a new product and it was important to gather some ideas and work upon them to make it happen. Innovation Cast was just the right tool to do it. Very satisfied;

It was really easy to use the tool: 1. Create new "projects" or innovation challenges as they're called 2. In each of the challenge it was great to i) create a new idea; ii) participate in different ideas from different people; I also liked a lot the collaboration spirit the tool promoted around each of the ideas.

There's nothing the tool could do more. The rest is up to the people in the organization to make sure innovation does happen :)
