The UI and UX is well taken care making the learning path very soft and motivating everyone to participate on the answering to the challenges of the company. The social side of giving and commenting ideas allows that simple idea evolve to mature concepts that later can be implemented easily and after being discuss in bigger groups. #### Cons Nothing special. The team is really proactive on answering to request of new functionalities. #### Reasons for choosing InnovationCast The fact that offers modules for every part of the innovation cycle. We can count with InnovationCast since knowledge surveillance, idea generation, opportunity and project management, analytics and engagement. Noone offers a full package with a user interface so friendly and with a better onboard experience. #### Reasons for switching to InnovationCast We need an integrated platform that allow us to follow the idea from its inception until it become a reality through the development of the project. We used the tool for one purpose: We wanted to develop a new product and it was important to gather some ideas and work upon them to make it happen. Innovation Cast was just the right tool to do it. Create new "projects" or innovation challenges as they're called 2. In each of the challenge it was great to i) create a new idea; ii) participate in different ideas from different people; I also liked a lot the collaboration spirit the tool promoted around each of the ideas. #### Cons There's nothing the tool could do more.
