Very user friendly and easy workflow. Metrics about response time are great along with canned responses.

I appreciate that they cover so much, but I think they make it harder than it should be. Although, I have a small business.

Also the UI hasn't changed in years, at that wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing but the UI isn't great.

It didn't take long to realize the mistake that was made. Uservoice was far superior than intercom for help desk interactions and help articles.

UserVoice is great for logging our customer support inquiries. Searching for tickets is easy and their support team is excellent if you have any questions or problems.

Super easy to integrate support ticket system in any web app.

We were disappointed with the Salesforce integration because it doesn't include the Satisfaction scores and it also is not customizable.

There customer support is superb. They always answer questions that we have very quickly and provide complete and thorough answers.

Sometimes it's hard to navigate in so many coloured numbers on the screen.

Sometimes logs me into to the master account instead of my account so I miss when i have tickets.

At Exec we used UserVoice exclusively to manage all of our internal operations and support. We found it super easy to setup and use (no training required for our staff) and was reasonably priced.

Once you start getting the feedback you need it'll be critical that you take action over it.

As long as you are demanding heavy integrations with other programs (SFDC, JIRA...) then this is an excellent product.

The spell check feature is a lifesaver especially for closely related words like 'has' and 'as' that is not normally picked up when proof reading.

Word Tune is the best AI app I've ever used specially its chrome extension. It's so easy to use and it corrects my sentences in a second.

As a non-native English speaker, Wordtune is a lifesaver. The software helps me to make English sound more professional.

Only pity is that this is limited to english, tho other languages can be recognized and translated into english.

Integrates with most online editors such as Google Docs and other copywriting tools. Pretty much understands what you are waiting about.

I'm using its free version, and yet it is so helpful that I'm pretty certain that the premium version will be even better and worth spending money on.

The toll allows more effective words to use in your official communication. It offers excellent integration with social networks.

Their monthly subscription fee is crazy compared to their annual plan paid monthly. Maybe they can introduce a mid plan with limited credits.

The capacity to create text is very short and low.

Sometimes, the sentence becomes meaningless & more robotic.

The only downside is that there are fewer runs per day on the free plan. Furthermore, it doesn't offer a free trial of its premium features before buying a paid subscription.

There are also times when its patterns seem repetitive.

Wordtune doesn't work in some websites and is limited to browsers only.

All of these features including the rewrite feature, have made me a better writer. I stumbled across Wordtune while searching for an editing program and I am so glad I found it.

Sometime, it suggests weird sentences that doesn't reflect the intent or meaning of the main sentence.

It automatically corrects sentences and suggests better words. This is perfect for people who are not very good at grammar or spelling.

Enhanced proofreading with an option to replace sentences with better alternatives. I just love that option, it helped me to write better and sound more professional.

I think developers should seriously work on sentence suggestion speed.

The customer service is absolutely awful, 3 days for a response is absolutely insane and super inconvenient for anyone but themselves.

Apart from these, I'm a big fan of their integrations with different platforms. I rarely have to open the WordTune editor, which is a hassle, copying and pasting from the editor.

Some times correction of words loose it's meaning.

It's so easy to use and it makes my writing so much better.
