  • Pros

  • Uservoice has a great api that makes it easy to add custom components to your app or web pages and makes it easy for users to provide feedback.
  • Very user friendly and easy workflow. Metrics about response time are great along with canned responses.
  • Cons

  • We were disappointed with the Salesforce integration because it doesn't include the Satisfaction scores and it also is not customizable.
  • Sometimes it's hard to navigate in so many coloured numbers on the screen.

  • The spell check feature is a lifesaver especially for closely related words like 'has' and 'as' that is not normally picked up when proof reading.
  • I have been using Wordtune for a while now and I have to say, this is a great tool.
  • Cons

  • Only pity is that this is limited to english, tho other languages can be recognized and translated into english.
  • Their monthly subscription fee is crazy compared to their annual plan paid monthly. Maybe they can introduce a mid plan with limited credits.
