Sometimes the groups have been difficult to use, but that has been ironed out. It's a minor minor issue.

Everything about Fluix has been great- from the customer service to the interface with Adobe.

Without support and/or a high level of IT knowledge with coding and spreadsheets, it is very difficult to set up fillable forms using existing pdfs.

I don't really have any complaints about this product. If we have an issue we get a hold of FLUIX and they make make program changes to accommodate us.

Once the workflows are set, should a team member change a file/folder name in the cloud then the workflow is broken and unavailable to field staff.

The only challenge I currently face with Fluix is its vulnerability to the file structure in the cloud storage.

It's an excellent tool to use when justifying the costs associated with the work performed to the customer.

If you have selected the wrong number by mistake it can be awkward to locate the recently pushed files to delete them.

The app has off-line mode, so techs can fill out all the forms in remote locations, but syncing all of them to the system still needs Internet, especially if many pictures are attached.

I work from an off-line tablet and sometimes forgot to upload my tablet. With spotty wifi, sometimes it doesn't want to upload my audit.

No phone support is a little frustrating, but it makes you be concise with your questions and leaves a paper trail.

Employee integration with Active Directory/Office 365/Single Sign On (Okta/OneLogin) are very beneficial which helps with ease of use. Product has scaled well from test users to 500+ users.

This software is every bit as powerful as higher priced competitor such as Enablon, Intelex, etc.

When any drop down boxes open, you have to know what is listed to even be able to search an item. It does not display any of the existing items in the dropbox.

EHS Insight offers modules for incident management, audit management, monitoring business performance, tracking environmental impact, risk management, quality management and behavior-based safety. These modules can be purchased together as a suite or subscribed to independently.

EHS Insight provides offline access to users who are working in remote locations with intermittent network connectivity. It provides centrally managed application and a common database. Clients can also access the solution through their Android or iOS devices.
