My company recently purchase a one-year subscription to form.com. Jim Souza was fantastic.

An effective, intuitive and efficient solution for any and all assessments/questionnaires/etc.

It is very simplistic and easy to navigate around. That is the only positive I can think of for this app.

Doesn't  interface well with word or office suite.

This is a terrific software platform. I have used it with dozens of schools, helping hundreds of educators and thousands of students.

An application that improves its service by collecting data from its customers. With very good statistical tools we can see the customer is satisfied and make decisions.

This app has also lost complete inspections and all photos with no record that they ever existed.

They are very easy to access (web chat within the program) and are very helpful. The program itself has a large number of features which hurts its ease of use.

The app tends to lag at times however minor updates should address this issue.

Features & Functionality - I think that Form.com, especially with their API, has the best features. Customer Support is outstanding - every person I have worked with at World App is world class.

The price for this product is just the right. Thanks for a great product.

I was not delivered what was promised and then was nickel and dimed to do so. Ultimately had to completely abandon and hire a developer.

The platform works extremely well and has been effective in ensuring we provide outstanding service to our customers. Customer service at Form.com is top notch.

Sometimes fix can be long coming. Note: A problem is not always a fault it can also be an issue at the  user-end.

Provides great form creation infrastructure and increases data collection capability.

Data retention is great (unlimited as far as I'm aware). They also provide API use that I have not tested as of yet (but will be using eventually).

Above and beyond anything, Form.com has an amazing support team.

It's been great and we can change our questionnaires on the fly if a new question arises.

Form.com is an application that is very simple and user friendly. Offline mode features are great during emergency cases.

The app lags during this process and sometimes will close by itself or the picture just acknowledged does not get added and is lost in the ether.

The ability to collect signatures and create PDF output which are of regulatory importance. The ability to integrate with our in-house applications through the API.

By creating a simple elegant interface, with the ease of programming, and the ability to customize reports, it is an ideal package for helping educators understand and use evidence.

The ability to fill forms easily (dropdowns, radio buttons, tick boxes). The ability to have checks and  logic in the forms.

I would highly recommend Form.com to any business or individual that is looking for a good quality data entry program.

Technicians are so limited in their permissions which is not ideal for empowered employees or small shops.

It is an inconvenience to not be able to do both under the same user account.

Robust API and ease of use with underformed Mobile app.

The interface is intuitive, making it easy to use for newbies or people who have been using it for years.

It was fantastic and I was ready to go after an hour from scheduling engineers to billing. The solution is super easy and they have responded very quickly to every question I have asked yet.

The system is quite easy to configure and to use. Local partner in Sweden that introduced the system to our company.

Its been great we had on issue initially with the API version initially but so far has been a good experience.

The customer service has been great. The same person who sold me the product has been available to me to set up the program, do trainings, and answer questions.

Price was the winning factor to why I started using this product.

Job reports are great to be able to go back on jobs and find out what was done and go over site pictures.

What I liked most was the ease of use and the intuitiveness of the processes. It's easy, it's simple, it's quick to implement and above all the support is very agile and efficient.

Missing some features, for example can't search by serial number.
