  • Pros

  • It's been extremely positive. From implementation to support the people there have been wonderful.
  • What sealed the deal for me was the pricing and the cross platform availability. Megan Jackson of FOF was fantastic and incredibly helpful.
  • The forms can be customized to product great professional looking forms. I also love their support right from when I started out with the trial version.
  • Cons

  • Very very poor design and way too much information.
  • Forms on Fire can be incredibly complex, requiring users to do a lot of learning.
  • Sometimes, it takes a few minutes for the paperwork to come through once our technicians submitted. Thy sometimes have to press the "force sync" button or leave the app open.

  • I love that it is free and is a great product to use. It is user friendly and is perfect for those who do not have corporate budgets such as non-profits.
  • Excellent software to get the feedback and a super analytical software. Wow, we can analyze the responses in many ways.
  • Google Forms is an awesome form builder that is super easy to use. The software allows me to ask customers/prospects questions in different ways whether it's open-response, ranking, or either-or.
  • Cons

  • It has little bit authentication problem and no option to recover once the data is lost.
  • There is a lack of customizations, and it can be difficult to determine how to make a form match a company's culture or outlook. There also can be struggles with exporting data once received.
  • One of the limitations on Google Forms is the lack of templates. This means that your forms can border on the boring.
