Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's been extremely positive. From implementation to support the people there have been wonderful.
- What sealed the deal for me was the pricing and the cross platform availability. Megan Jackson of FOF was fantastic and incredibly helpful.
- The forms can be customized to product great professional looking forms. I also love their support right from when I started out with the trial version.
Cons
- Very very poor design and way too much information.
- Forms on Fire can be incredibly complex, requiring users to do a lot of learning.
- Sometimes, it takes a few minutes for the paperwork to come through once our technicians submitted. Thy sometimes have to press the "force sync" button or leave the app open.
Pros
- I love that the software sends notifications to our customers. This has been so helpful in keeping our customers updated and confident in our services.
- Their customer service is great, there is always someone willing to help me when I get in a jam and need help quickly. The software is easy to use and learn.
- So far I love how easy it has been to use and the support is absolutely amazing. Its so nice to know when I am out in the field I can manage everything from my app.
Cons
- Has to be close to the worst interfaces for a company just because of the lack of customer support.
- Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
- Decision killer was the inability for expense tracking. This was a no go and I terminated the trial.
