  • Pros

  • Outstanding customer support and bug fixes, the "Help Me" feature provide an excellent and fast communication channel with the technical and administrative teams.
  • Gensuite is a excellent asset to my quality organization. The support/customer service team is very responsive.
  • From an application standpoint, I really like the Concern Reporting - great for everyday use and engagement. Instant Insights is also great for reporting both up and down.
  • Cons

  • There are several pain points that are not solved, or not solved in a timely manner. Our users are quite frustrated at times and we have no answers for them as to why they cannot run reports.
  • It is overwhelming to an individual and many times you can get lost in the software because it isn’t intuitive.
  • We designed a fix to ensure the data matches, but it does not, yet we are still being charged. There is no communication or feeling of urgency or follow-up.

  • After a long year of searching and trying around 8 different software packages, I am so happy to have found NordSafety for our Health and Safety Management and Reporting.

  • Technical support: Quentic's technical support can be slow or unresponsive for some companies, which can be frustrating if a problem or breakdown occurs.
  • Limited customisation: Although Quentic is highly customisable, there may be limits to customisation for some companies with very specific needs.
