Sometimes I will take photos on my companion device when I'm in the wrong component. Cutting & pasting each photo individually from one component to another is a pain.

Ability to add all photos at once is a benefit that can save time.

The program is very professional and very easy to use and if you have any questions while using, the Homegauge support team is FANTASTIC and always willing to help /answer any questions you may have.

The software is easily customized by the user, the support from Homeguage has been outstanding over the years and the software is always been improving and upgradeable.

The ability to use companion to update the report while in the field is very helpful. Just when i think it can't get much better, they improve it.

The only complaint i ever had was that there was no support after 5:00 P.M.

The integration of photos from outside sources is effortless and taking photos from within the software is nice because they end up right where I want them. And did I mention the videos.

The only downside is not having 24 hour tech support when problems arise after HomeGauge closes.

The most valuable asset of the program is that i save a lot of time by using the program because in every search i find exactly what i need , having used the correct filters ofcourse.

There is some old functionalities that is lost during time.

Very advanced software with plenty of useful and great features.

Some bugs, when looking for a vehicle by the plates it does not always find it especially in the reservation form, some features are hard to add e.g. new discount.

Easy to use, excellent customer service, cloud based.

Problems with currency and decimals. Difficult traceability of daily cancellations.

I found the program easy to use, flexible and adjustable to match my needs.

Maybe the export to excel reports option could be more on point (no empty columns etc etc).

Doesn't work too well on android, i think this is something that should be looked into.
