All the additional automations, notifications, discounted credit card processor and report and invoice delivery are just icing on the cake. Cons: Initially it was navigating through the backend setting up the variety of components. It took awhile to become proficient in building a process. When I talked to a support tech about they said it was a powerful system and it can take a couple of years to get good at it. When I said I had been studying it for 8 months the tech was surprised. I can print the appointment information in three different windows (for instance). That saves so much time. I love the fact that I don't have to chase up the payment. I save so much time and money administrating my inspection company using this software. I wish I'd have joined MUCH sooner. I went from cut and past across 4-5 platforms to schedule 1 inspection - that took 35 minutes. Now it's done in 5-10 min's. ISN creates my invoicing. Sends my client payments to QBO. With the click of a button in ISN, I can send a PAID invoice to the customer - where that would have taken over 1/2 hour - per inspection! Cons: Reports are not my favorite. They don't give me what I require at this time. Reasons for switching to Inspection Support Network ACT is a database for sales primarily. This means a vast library of integrations with other products in the industry. This is very useful. There's also a large feature so that you can complete a task a variety of ways. Cons: The software is incredibly complicated and disorganized. Titles of many sections don't make sense for what is contained in that section. Deploying the software is cumbersome. At times their own customer support either doesn't know how it works or they are unable to explain a feature adequately enough that you can use it. This is not an indictment on the customer service, yet, more of a criticism of the software design itself. The software is plagued with redundancy and complexity that just seems unnecessary and cumbersome.
