  • Pros

  • Controls scheduling for home inspectors, allows call center to easily price inspections, schedule appointments while considering availability.
  • The customer service is also fantastic. Anytime I have had an issue, I am contacted back in a timely manner and they have always gone out of their way to assist me.
  • Cons

  • I find it a little frustrating that if an inspection is cancelled, my vendors are not notified.
  • Sometimes inspections have a hard time syncing and disappear but that could be my inspection software glitching every so often.

  • Ease of use and functionality are the top things we love about Whip Around.
  • Rapid customer support responses. Ease of updating our vehicle/driver information on our account.
  • Cons

  • Also hate that it keeps forgetting my settings. It seems to get fixed and then one day its back to the old settings, frustrating to have to go back to fix it.
  • I hate that I didn't know this product was out here before now.
