Your next (and last) logistics software management and QA program

Comprehensive platform that allows for customizability, diligent oversight, as well as control of quality.

PROS

Customer service is 10/10. White glove service is what we receive. The team is very responsive.

CONS

UI/UX could be better, but this is something we're working on with Roo.AI and they have been receptive and adaptive to changes we need internally.

Inspection tool in a box

PROS

We had a specific inspection process we were looking to create, and ROO.AI accommodated that. we found a couple pieces of the product that needed improvement in our initial testing and the team was quick to add new features to address our needs. Very happy with the team.

CONS

No issues that haven't been addressed. Initially, there was some unnecessary redundancies that required clicking the same button over and over again, but that got fixed.
