The app is versatile and easy to use for a variety of situations, and the offline inspection capability is handy in areas with a poor connection. Any time I have had to reach out to customer service they have been very quick to respond. They go above and beyond to help, and are friendly and efficient, which sets them apart from many other online services. It's great to be able to get help quickly when you need to figure something out. One is called "Pre-made Controls" and the other is called "Controls in this template". The SnapInspect team followed up after I let my demo expire and provide a zoom call to show the benefits and walked me through the system so I could see the benefits. The customization features are easy to use and the reports are a huge improvement over our previous ones. The AI features available on the mobile app make the whole inspection process easy to navigate and overall we're very impressed. #### Cons My only complaint is the AI isn't available for Android yet, but we're mostly an iPhone company anyways, so not a huge deal. Long story Short [sensitive content hidden] reach out to us to check on use in 2025 and he SOLD US #### Cons [sensitive content hidden] took the time to help us with items we did not like. There were items such as when we do follow up inspections we have to reload the current inspection to edit and modify.
