Knowing who I'm working with, and knowing that they understand my customized product is fantastic.

Our process was very manually intensive, and no one could access business information from outside the office.

Customer care offered quick solutions,  and training. You will notice how quickly and easily this program will improve your business production.

The program is also customizable to fit the needs of our company.

The users and administrators have the ability to make changes without working with customer service or incurring charges. Customer service is amazing and friendly.

A1 is an easy system to use with good basic functions.

I haven't run into any problems in the past five years using this software.

Making changes to settings is difficult for me however I am not always technology savvy.

Easy to used and can generate different reports for management.

A1 has allowed our small team to keep up with huge growth. It's easy to use and highly customizable.

Functionality, ease of use, report generator is very helpful for our repair records.

The customer service from A1 is also very efficient and they always follow up to ensure your request is completed and/or resolved. Overall I highly recommend this product.

Other than that, there's not much about this software that I don't like.

Chris and his team have wonderful customer service and are always will to help fix small cliches if they arise.

The LDAP Active Directory and ERP accounting integration and data migration process was well supported, which further streamlined our databases and minimized additional data management overhead.

This product is well suited for us, and was customized to meet our needs that other systems we looked at couldn't do.

The ability to add many different costs for claim easily and attach multiple documents at once to a claim is very handy.

They also successfully integrated with our highly complex Oracle/JD Edwards ERP and Active Directory Services (including MS Exchange Server) using a customized integration API.

I was the primary system administrator for our company. The response time from customer support was short and the help they provided was spot-on.

But because I didn't often utilize these options, I had a difficult time recalling how to make choices or navigate through the menu.

A1 is a Great Software Company. Excellent for Claims Tracking and Reporting.

You can even have them help you pare the features down to only the things that are really necessary in your organization, which we liked since we were working on a budget.

My experience with A1 Tracker has been amazing. I mainly deal with insurance certificates of insurance with multiple requirements dependent on contract types awarded.

Also customer service is always standing by and responds to emails super quickly which I appreciate. This is definitely worth every penny.

I have used many claims systems and this is very customizable from simple to robust. It could easily fit any claims need.

We implemented A1 Tracker to replace our old claims management software and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

This seems like a good software to consider as it allows one to do everything in one. I would like to have a free trial on this one.

Overall, I have had better experience with other management systems. I feel like there is just too much to process.

The rates come in very close and some are dead on. And if I have any questions, they are always quick to respond.

It has saved me so much time from going into each company and trying it myself, they make it quick and user friendly.

It’s better to call tech support with EZLynx than sending in a ticket through their automated reporting. This is a great tool that we are able to use to highly improve efficiency.

Used the management system along with the web site. The web site development team is fantastic.

This is the worst operating system I have EVER used.

Supports most carriers and best integration with them. Good intergration with HawkSoft and other agency management systems.

I liked the pricing and the features. I liked the fact that this is a simple industry specfice CMS.

I especially love their customer service/tech support. They are very nice and helpful and respond really quick.

We no longer need to go into each company's website to do quotes. We go to this website, and it is a one-stop shop to compare pricing initially.

You start looking elsewhere and think about a divorce because you can't take the excuses, the apathy, unreliability, extra time and effort that affects your productivity.

Terrible reporting features, not able to run birthdays with everything else. Bad customer support/on boarding and training.

I would give this five stars, it will save you a ton of time if you represent a large number of companies.

I like the compatibility this software has with multiple insurance companies and being able to rate policies fairly quickly.

The mobile versions are great. I love the texting ability and all the text messages sync  with the insureds file.

Obtaining accurate reports is very difficult. They are often broken and will timeout during download.

I was so hopeful and excited by the pitch and product potential. But just like romance, after the honeymoon you see what life with your partner is really like.

They checked and it's not the carriers request that answers affecting rating are missing or the question is missing completely.

I expected disruption for 2 months-it's been over 4 so far.

Virtually non-existent customer support with reporting problems; no one is empowered to do anything.

Very easy to use and very helpful when extracting monthly reports.

I am imputing everything into the system myself. You say you pay for onboarding - it is a lot of works.

Trying to build a new report is even worse. The customer support for reporting is non-existent.

I love the concept of this product. The idea of receiving multiple quotes but only having to input information once is very appealing.

I cancelled it a while back. N ow I'm looking at switching to PL rater because they say their prefill works plus they have integration with mvrs to look up tickets and accident.

I love that when you have leads that come in from a lead generator the information is automatically in EZlynx.

Overall, we enjoyed Ezlynx. Would recommend to other agencies.
