A Highly Adaptive Program that Saves Time and Money

Pros

It’s very user-friendly and has made the use of our time at the office so much better. The time and cost involved in designing a product, customizing a quote, rating, billing and administering a policy has been significantly reduced for our firm.
We love that you can configure tasks easily without ever learning to code. This policy management software also has the ability to easily integrate with just about any system out there.

Cons

It takes a bit of time to set it up because of the numerous options available for customization. However, once you have everything setup, it really does save you so much time it will make you realize implementation was worth it.

Pros

cheap and adaptive software that provides a solid back end for our operation. The quote customization has significantly cut down on the time our staff spend on the phone when signing up new clients.

Cons

If anything it's too customizable- you have to spend a lot of time setting up with all the different options available.
