Sometimes the fields and screens can be confusing especially when you are still learning the software.

There is quite a bit of onboarding training available directly from Epic which is helpful when you have a new user.

In the accounting portion of the system it is very hard to undo something if you make a mistake.

Navigation can be difficult at first as the menu's change depending on where you are in the program.

It took some time to get used to. Many of the things I struggled with in the beginning have been solved with upgrades to the system.

Many features in EPIC are worse than they were in previous versions.

I like that it has finally come together and is becoming more user friendly for me and my team.

Great software, to use as a designer and developer or great support app for everyone to teach and learn.

Random issues seem to occur all of the time - payment info disappears, PT ledgers don't work, etc.
