  • Pros

  • This system is simple to use and the cost is remarkable compared to our prior vendor and the support is 100.
  • It has an inbuilt debugging and testing interface which really lets me complete my work to the best ability.
  • Cons

  • I have used this software for 5 years and don't really have anything I don't like.
  • So far I don't think there is anything I have come across that I dislike with some of the more recent updates that have been done.

  • It's fairly user friendly and has a variety of useful features. Great value for the price compared to other solutions.
  • Everything within the app is very user friendly, and if there is something that I can't figure out, their customer service is above and beyond the best.
