They call to check in and are always quick to answer any technical questions I may have. Site integrations are very robust and we're able to plug in other tools like premium finance and back end processing. #### Cons Can't say that I've found anything yet. About 6 months into the platform and I find it to be one of the best decisions I have made in scaling my MGA. #### Reasons for choosing ePayPolicy Customer service. I also appreciate that the fees are passed on to the client automatically, so we don’t have to manage them manually. The invoice feature is another huge plus, allowing us to email invoices directly to clients and pay carriers through the Payables feature. Other than that, I haven't needed assistance because the website is always in good working order.
