ePayPolicy is a Champion Partner
The customer service experience is exceptional and I couldn't be more pleased with the decision to engage them for epayment. As the only vendor at the time which integrated with our Vertafore product I initially felt captive in selecting them, but they are a delight to work with and our customers love it as well!
PROSThis software could not be easier to use. The pricing makes it a no-brainer to offer epayment options to clients and the portal is very quickly set-up and customized.
CONSI wish we would customize the skin or colors for our branding.

Reliable and accurate reports
ePayPolicy is reliable and user friendly.
PROSGetting payment receipts instantly. Payment portal is user friendly. Instruction is very clear.
CONSFees are expensive. Transaction limits are not show on website.

The fees of Input 1 are lower than ePayPolicy. However, ePayPolicy is reliable and our major business partners are using ePayPolicy. It gives us confident to keep using ePay.

ePay Policy is easy to use. We don't need to collect client credit card info to process.

Don't want to work with out it.
We are able to close files faster without having to wait for paper checks to arrive in the mail.
PROSePayPolicy is such a user friendly software. I love that a customer and take care of a transaction in minutes and we don't have to wait for a paper check to arrive weeks later in the mail.
CONSWe've been using ePayPolicy for several years and we haven't had any bad experiences.

Great resource for more efficient oayment processing
Absolutely pleased with it and the time that we save using it. The epay url for our clients that we can insert into emails is also a huge win.
PROSEasy to use, clients appreciate the click to pay link we send via email, reporting is very easy to review and no issues whatsoever with the tool. Definitely no checks lost in the mail since launching use of the tool.
CONSNo negative feedback to provide. The tool works incredibly well.

Best Product for Payment Processing
ePay makes processing payments seamless for the staff and client's when sending a link for them to make their own payment. For us this was more expensive than our older service but well worth the price.
CONSThe system does move a bit slow when you are logged in to your main portal. But never on the payment processing side.

They only allowed one person to process the payments.

Reliability and User Friendly
ePay Policy has simplified the payment process from our clients and decreased our expenses compared to typical merchant processing fees
PROSOur clients can easily access which has reduced our physical check processing by half and enhanced timeliness of payments!
CONSThe few errors we have had occur have been on the client side with input error; however, the transaction declines are appreciated.

Great product for easily collecting payments!
Using epay makes collecting payments easy-- we can send a payment page link to customers and even a link to a prefilled page where all the customer needs to do is fill in their payment info. Plus, we do not have to absorb any processing fees-- these are easily included in the customer total. The payment notifications can go to any staff that need to record the info and for month-end reconciliations, I can sort payments by our various accounts.
CONSI wish I could get a downloadable spreadsheet of batches for my month-end reconciliations. The website is slow, comparatively speaking, on pulling up info and reports.

EPay Policy is a Game Changer!
They make set up a breeze and it is integrated with our management system now too.
CONSThe integration piece is a bit clunky because of the way we process agency-billed payments but they provided a workaround that flows well.

Don't know what is asking
Very good overall experience with Epay use in office.
PROSWhat I like about Epay is one of the most easiest and convienent tools we have to work with.
CONSThe least thing I didn't like about epay was the fee amounts are a bit higher than a few other companies that have asked to switch over and sometimes the amount of time it takes to secure payments at 100%.

Best value in billing policy processing!
It has always been a great experience in the time I have been with epay.
PROSI have been using epay for years now for insurance premium payments. Many of the GAs I work with also use them. Best value or cc or echeck processing that I have been able to found and super easy to use!
CONSNothing that I can think of at the moment.

easy & fast digital payments
ePayPolicy is easy to use for both admins and payers. The interface is streamlined and simple to understand. Fees are very transparent.
CONSI wish we could set up invoices with more than one payment amount option so people could select the amount which is required for their preferred installment plan. Also, most of our users don't remember that they can set up custom invoice links so they spend a lot of time typing out emails with instructions to send with the basic link. Maybe they don't feel like they are "allowed" to sign into our account or they just forget that it's an option? Better training on that feature would be helpful.

Our overall experience is very positive.

CONSThere are no real cons to the product. Some clients do not like the charges, but we do waive them occasionally.

EPAY where have you been hiding?
I was skeptical at first I was won over very quickly once we started using EPAY. It is actually like having an extra employee on board handling intital deposits and collections.
PROSI literally do not have to do any extra work I actually do less in collecting of premiums payments from our customers

It pays to ePay!
The ease of use and the ability to immediately take payments has made my agency much more productive. It saves us so much time and money, not having to 'chase down' payments from customers promising to mail us the payment.
CONSI have no cons. My needs are very basic and ePayPolicy suits them very well.

Excellent Option for Insurance Payments
During implementation, we requested a number of changes for the client-facing interface, and the technicians at ePayPolicy were very helpful.
CONSThe initial client interface was a bit mysterious for our clients, however ePayPolicy assisted us in making the site more user-friendly.

Great Payment Processer
The User Interface is simple to use on both sides of the transactions. The fee structure is simple and cost effective.
CONSThe only con was we needed to update out single transaction processing limit. once that was complete, we were 100% happy!

Mostly positive, problems I've had were addressed quickly
PROSMy clients like the ease of using ePay to pay their premiums; I too appreciate being able to easily pay my carriers and wholesalers. The platform is pretty straight forward to use and you can customize your individual page which is a nice feature.
CONSI don't like having to pay when I send payments--I pay a monthly fee to ePay so I should be exempt from those payment sending fees! I also don't think the "back" pages where admins check what's going on are very user friendly--it can be challenging.

Makes my everyday workload easy!
I use ePayPolicy to process payments daily for our insureds. It makes my job easier knowing i can email the clients their receipts directly from the portal.
PROSProcessing and fess are clear in an easily articulated interface.
CONSI wish there were a way to send the processing receipt to multiple emails.

Easy to use
It's been very helpful in so many ways. I get notified when a payment is made. Also when a batch is taken out.
