It is very simple to use. It integrates with my AMS. And, it allows my customers to choose their payment method, including premium financing and takes care of the merchant fees for me. #### Cons No direct payment to my carriers. Which I heard is changing. And not integrated with my Premium Finance company of choice. #### Reasons for choosing ePayPolicy Integration with my AMS. Lower merchant fees. Other than that, I haven't needed assistance because the website is always in good working order.
