Pros/Cons
Pros
- So far great had a few clients take advantage of the service made it super simple to get the business in a safe way the clients trusts.
- As the only vendor at the time which integrated with our Vertafore product I initially felt captive in selecting them, but they are a delight to work with and our customers love it as well.
- Ease of implementation and continued use of the program has been fantastic, and the timeliness of the customer's payments getting routed to us is quick. I'm quite happy with ePayPolicy.
Cons
- Sometimes we need to send refunds to clients, and I have to hand write checks which I hate because it is time consuming.
- I don't have an answer for this question. I no negatives to express.
- When setting up recurring payments there is no ability to edit anything. It is either what you set up or cancel it and start over.
Pros
- Coupled with the fairly easy to use system and setup, I believe Helcim is one of the best, definitley the best for the price point, which I was just informed has been removed.
- I required support during a few steps of setup and was always responded to quickly and with great detail to help with any challenges.
- The application and approval process was quick and easy, had approval with 24 hours.
Cons
- I do not work with the system on a regular basis, so my own experience has been the lack of any problems or negative feedback from the people that do use it.
- But printer problems were only part of the headaches. The Helcim app, required near constant updating, and always lost it's connection if another transaction wasn't done within ~30 min.
- Even walking our client through each step, they'd still often make a mistake and have to start over because they'd hit the wrong button.
