  • Pros

  • It’s better to call tech support with EZLynx than sending in a ticket through their automated reporting. This is a great tool that we are able to use to highly improve efficiency.
  • I especially love their customer service/tech support. They are very nice and helpful and respond really quick.
  • Supports most carriers and best integration with them. Good intergration with HawkSoft and other agency management systems.
  • Cons

  • The service dept's stock answer is "it's the carriers fault, or that's the way the carrier wants it. I talked to 2 rep's and they were very upset that it's not working or rating correctly.
  • Terrible reporting features, not able to run birthdays with everything else. Bad customer support/on boarding and training.
  • Customer support is horrible and trying to cancel your service is a nightmare.

  • Overall, Jenesis is a great software. Their team is fantastic and we have used them for 12 years.
  • My over all experience with Jenesis has always been good. They have a great customer service team that is always there.
  • I love the platform, and Gia my trainer was awesome, very helpful and fun, we had a good time. You guys gave a great set up.
  • Cons

  • The lack of on hands training done by the company as all is on computer and no hands on and the one sent to do it had to refer to the book all the time.
  • Right now we are trying to fix all the errors we are obtaining such as receipts, printing cancellations.
  • Lots of problems with commercial imports , items disappearing (aka: quotes,note,etc) when system I guess has not had a compact and repair so not sure whos end this falls on.
