Overall, I have had better experience with other management systems. I feel like there is just too much to process.

The rates come in very close and some are dead on. And if I have any questions, they are always quick to respond.

It has saved me so much time from going into each company and trying it myself, they make it quick and user friendly.

It’s better to call tech support with EZLynx than sending in a ticket through their automated reporting. This is a great tool that we are able to use to highly improve efficiency.

Used the management system along with the web site. The web site development team is fantastic.

This is the worst operating system I have EVER used.

Supports most carriers and best integration with them. Good intergration with HawkSoft and other agency management systems.

I liked the pricing and the features. I liked the fact that this is a simple industry specfice CMS.

We no longer need to go into each company's website to do quotes. We go to this website, and it is a one-stop shop to compare pricing initially.

You start looking elsewhere and think about a divorce because you can't take the excuses, the apathy, unreliability, extra time and effort that affects your productivity.

Terrible reporting features, not able to run birthdays with everything else. Bad customer support/on boarding and training.

I would give this five stars, it will save you a ton of time if you represent a large number of companies.

I like the compatibility this software has with multiple insurance companies and being able to rate policies fairly quickly.

The mobile versions are great. I love the texting ability and all the text messages sync  with the insureds file.

Obtaining accurate reports is very difficult. They are often broken and will timeout during download.

I was so hopeful and excited by the pitch and product potential. But just like romance, after the honeymoon you see what life with your partner is really like.

They checked and it's not the carriers request that answers affecting rating are missing or the question is missing completely.

I expected disruption for 2 months-it's been over 4 so far.

Virtually non-existent customer support with reporting problems; no one is empowered to do anything.

Very easy to use and very helpful when extracting monthly reports.

I am imputing everything into the system myself. You say you pay for onboarding - it is a lot of works.

Trying to build a new report is even worse. The customer support for reporting is non-existent.

I love the concept of this product. The idea of receiving multiple quotes but only having to input information once is very appealing.

I cancelled it a while back. N ow I'm looking at switching to PL rater because they say their prefill works plus they have integration with mvrs to look up tickets and accident.

I love that when you have leads that come in from a lead generator the information is automatically in EZlynx.

Overall, we enjoyed Ezlynx. Would recommend to other agencies.

I really like using the ITC Turbo Rater, its easy to learn and even quicker to integrate to an existing agency.

I can quickly and efficiently quote every lead that calls in. No jumping from one company software to the other and entering duplicate information.

We have used ITC Turborater for 20+ years. Easy to Use,  Great integration with all non-standard companies in Oklahoma.

It is cheaper than what I was paying before wit FSC and I love how it is web based and easy to use.

It is great to have if you have multiple companies. You don't have to retype all the information for all of them.

Ease in teaching employees how to use. Very good customer service.

I liked the integration this product had with Applied Epic and the variety of carriers that it supported.

Very seldom have an issue and when we do it's taken care of quickly.

Support has been anywhere from non existent to simply frustrating.

All the tedious stopping to click on pull down menus and the lack of a logical flow of driver information and driving records is frustrating and time consuming.

The pricing, the ease of use and the fact that I can use it anywhere (unlike FSC) are a few of my favorites.

Anytime that I have had to call tech support, they are fast and super friendly.

The biggest issue was the non-response from the business development team throughout this process. No one from this team returned my voicemails or emails during my crisis.

I would need more training before, I state any cons, because some of the error could be on the user of the software.

I like that everything is in 1 single page, as opposed to other Softwares I have used having to continue and save to move on to the next tab Easy to find clients.

It was a good integration into my flow it like it.

It is pretty intuitive to use so it didn't require much training for myself and our retail manager (who's older and doesn't like change at all).

It's very common for me to get interrupted during a quote and if I quote again then what I've already done on company websites gets over-written.

Adding  moving violations its a headache to put the  dates. Some times does not let you go forward if we don't enter the plate number.

This rater is easy to use. The price is better than most.

The best ease of use features about this product are that you are able to enter in most client info on a single screen.

ITC makes quoting for insurance easier , very accurate and easy to quote, save a lot of time quoting  time is less than 15 min,software is very easy, great customer service help.

The accuracy of the quotes is horrible. Progressive, Nat General, Trexis, The General, & Dairyland are all  inaccurate and require that you bridge to the quote for the actual rate.

I star my office on March, and it has been really useful. And I love that is web base.

It does save time on auto quotes so I have an idea which company may have the best premium.

The monthly cost is good for a small agency. The rater and management system work perfectly together.

This product is super easy to use and the questions are very minimal , you can have a valid quote in minutes.

Experience has been great. Technical team is very responsive to assist witht eh program.

We were very happy with AccuAuto and did not want to change over to Turbo Rater. We had been using it for 20 years and were pleased.

Back hundreds to use their software. The UI is a little clunky as well sometimes I would loose track of where I was at.
